Sorry for the delay but life has been very busy and I have just had surgery
and returned to work. Hope the following is suitable:-
We have been very impressed with the time and effort that Sharnelle and her
team have put into selling our property at Bethania/Edens Landing.
Sharnelle has kept her word with us as far as advertising on a regular basis
in the local media as well as exposure as far as front signage is concerned.
Our open homes were professionally conducted. In a time where home sales
were on a downward trend, we were very pleased to have a person of
Sharnelle's experience which ultimately resulted in a sale in a slow market

Hi Sharnelle,
Sharnelle took over the selling of our home (at 3 Oliver
Street Eagleby) after we had tried many brokers unsuccessfully. We were
very disillusioned with the way they lost interest in our home and also
pressured us to drop the price - in some cases dramatically.
Sharnelle's energetic enthusiasm and confidence (without the
b.s) was so reassuring. She let us know her plan and followed through with
everything she said! I believe it was a benefit that she was
working in a different area to where our house was located; and therefore
she did not have the prevalent biases. Sharnelle was also flexible about
the exclusivity period, which meant we could relax and take things at our
pace.
At the end of the day we achieved a much higher price than
